Get the emotional support and lived experience to help manage your symptoms and live well with SpA.
Our groups are for all Spondyloarthritis patients, including Psoriatic Arthritis, plus groups for young adults, mothers and for caregivers & loved ones.
How do CSA support groups work?
Groups meet monthly on zoom. We are looking forward to meeting in person again when it’s safe.
Our groups also connect on Facebook and WhatsApp between monthly meetings.
Our newest group is in Southwestern Ontario and we’re looking for new members!
