On behalf of the Canadian Spondyloarthritis Association, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who helped make this year’s fourth annual Let’s Get Loud for AS gala such an incredible success. Thanks to the generosity, passion, and support of our community, we are proud to share that this year’s event raised an outstanding $150,000 in support of Canadians living with Axial Spondyloarthritis (axSpA).

We are also thrilled to celebrate a major milestone for the Let’s Get Loud for AS initiative as a whole. Since its inception, this fundraising gala has now raised more than $400,000 for the Canadian Spondyloarthritis Association, helping fund vital advocacy efforts, educational resources, awareness campaigns, support programs, and research initiatives for the axSpA community across Canada.

A very special thank you goes to our fundraising ambassador, Michael Santillo, and his phenomenal team. Their dedication, creativity, and vision brought this unforgettable evening to life. From the inspiring testimonials to the vibrant live entertainment and meaningful moments shared throughout the night, the gala truly embodied what it means to “get loud” for a cause that matters.

More than just a fundraiser, Let’s Get Loud for AS is a celebration of resilience, advocacy, and community. Guests came together to share stories, raise awareness, and take meaningful action toward a future where no one has to wait nearly a decade for an axSpA diagnosis.

We are deeply grateful to every sponsor, donor, volunteer, attendee, and supporter who helped make this event possible. Your commitment fuels the work we do every day and helps amplify the voices of those living with this often invisible and misunderstood disease.

And the celebration continues, save the date for our 5th Anniversary Let’s Get Loud for AS Gala on May 1, 2027. Next year’s theme will be “A Night at the Oscars,” and we cannot wait to celebrate this milestone together in unforgettable fashion.

Thank you again for standing with us, for showing up, and for getting loud.

With heartfelt thanks,
The Canadian Spondyloarthritis Association Team
