Giving in memory of a loved one or friend who has passed away is a wonderful way to pay tribute to the life of that person and show you care. The Canadian Spondyloarthritis Association will provide an acknowledgement to the next of kin letting them know that you have made a donation in their name (the amount of the donation is kept confidential). Please ensure to provide the name of the deceased and the name and address of the next of kin so that the memorial gift can be properly recognized.
